Ribbon cut. ✂️ Mission accomplished. 💪

Today we celebrate the completion of the new Ochsner Neuroscience Institute and thank Ochsner Health for the trust they placed in our team.

This remarkable project reflects every aspect of what we do: architecture, engineering, preconstruction, construction, and self-performed millwork working together toward a common goal. We are proud to have collaborated with BWBR to create a facility that will serve patients, families, and caregivers throughout the Gulf South for years to come.

Nearly five years in the making. Today, we finally move forward.

Woodward is proud to be leading the specialized demolition of this long-blighted 350,000 SF property—clearing the way for future mixed-use development while transforming what lies below ground into something that will directly benefit New Orleans.

It’s more than demolition. It’s an opportunity to turn a longstanding challenge into infrastructure, investment, and a new future for the Bayou St. John corridor.

🧱 🛠️ Construction is officially underway on the new inpatient behavioral health unit at New Orleans East Hospital . We were proud to join our partners in celebrating this milestone as work begins on the $10 million, 28-bed facility that will expand access to critical behavioral health services.
