JC Services AC,LLC recently installed two 3 Ton 18 SEER High Heat, Heat Pump, Tempstar Media systems which is a part of ICP products. It utilizes a mini split style condenser while still having a standard air handler in your attic or closet. The condensers can be wall mounted. These systems will stage down based on demand making them very efficient and quiet systems.

Spring air is amazing until those AC filters fill up with pollen. Best practices for great indoor air quality is to change the filters every 30 days. Just do it.
