SCNZ Architects was founded in 2006 by Sean Sullivan, Richard Choate, Matt Norton & Jody Zeringue, who had developed a friendship, mutual respect, and shared vision since first working together collectively in 1998. From our initial meetings, we make it our goal to fully engage our clients to gain a complete understanding of their project goals, requirements, & budgetary constraints so that we may

design buildings that, first and foremost, respond to our clients needs. Our decades of experience - over 80 years between the four partners alone- should give you confidence that we will understand the intricacies of the project, the importance of the budget and schedule, the aesthetic goals, and technical requirements of the project. SCNZ Architects is a team of professionals dedicated to delivering the best possible service with hands-on principal involvement on each project, from inception to completion and beyond. SCNZ's principals have deliberately maintained SCNZ as a mid-sized architectural firm to ensure this involvement. As a result, SCNZ is small enough to provide attentive, personal, & nimble service, while large enough to manage and complete complex projects. We have successfully completed numerous projects, both in Louisiana and nationally, covering a diverse range of project types including complex renovation projects for hospitality facilities, new construction of corporate headquarters, medical imaging and diagnostic facilities, sustainable residential projects, state of the art educational facilities, and highly secure military buildings. In doing so, we have maintained close relationships with these owners and continue to receive a stream of projects from our repeat clients.

SCNZ Architects is proud to be part of the team that has brought New Orleans its first and are excited that the location at 2501 Tulane Ave has already become a celebrated part of the community.
The grand opening was Thursday morning, complete with live music, ribbon cutting, and of course a long line of eager shoppers. Thanks to all of our valued team members who made this vision for a ‘specialty grocer’ in New Orleans a reality!
