NDT Solutions Hosts Trail Life USA Technology Tour
In January 2026, NDT Solutions (NDTS) welcomed a Trail Life USA troop of boys ages 5–17 to its New Richmond, Wisconsin facility for a hands-on tour focused on technology, manufacturing, and automation. Led by Troop Master Paul Hill, the visit gave participants a behind-the-scenes look at how modern engineering ideas become reality.
The group explored 3D printing, CNC machining, and robotics through live demonstrations by NDTS team members. Highlights included designing and printing a 3D model, watching a CNC machine create a part, and interacting with a programmed robotic arm—experiences that sparked curiosity, questions, and excitement throughout the afternoon.
“Opening our doors to programs like Trail Life USA is about investing in the next generation,” said Larry Culbertson, NDTS CEO. “If even one of these young men walks away inspired to explore engineering, technology, or problem-solving, then the experience was a success.”
Trail Life USA is a church-based, Christ-centered mentoring program focused on building character, leadership, and purpose in boys through hands-on experiences and community engagement.

NDT Solutions Awarded Coast Guard Contract for Level 3 and Fleet-Level NDI Training

New Richmond, WI – July 15, 2025 – NDT Solutions (NDTS), a recognized leader in nondestructive inspection (NDI) training and equipment solutions, is pleased to announce the award of a multiyear training contract from the U.S. Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center. Under this agreement, NDTS will provide Level 3 and Aviation Fleet Level 2 NDI training.
The training initiative is designed to support the development and certification of U.S. Coast Guard Fleet of NDI Inspectors through an extensive three-week course. NDTS Level 3 instructors will deliver both classroom and hands-on instruction across four core NDI methods: Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Eddy Current Testing (ET), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Penetrant Testing (PT).
