World Mental Health Day - From Our HARE Family to Yours

Today is World Mental Health Day and for many in the HVAC trade, this time of year can be especially tough. The long days in extreme heat, the pressure to keep others comfortable, and the steady stream of service calls can slowly take a toll. It affects not only the body but also the mind and spirit.

Many people do not realize that those who work in skilled trades such as HVAC, construction, and maintenance are among the most at risk for depression and su***de. Behind every repair, installation, or emergency call is a person giving their best effort, often pushing through exhaustion to make sure someone else’s comfort and safety come first.

To our fellow HVAC professionals:
💧 Take care of yourself with the same dedication you bring to your work.
🚐 Give yourself a quiet moment to breathe between calls.
🤝 Check in on your coworkers. Sometimes a simple “How are you doing?” can mean a lot.
