We're thrilled to share the latest progress on our ongoing project at the DiMucci Twin Towers in Daytona Beach Shores!

Our team at Charles R. Adams & Associates, in collaboration with Florida Seawall Solutions, have been hard at work transforming this coastal gem into a resilient masterpiece with a composite sheet pile seawall. At present:

✅ We have successfully installed the helical anchor tiebacks for the retaining wall stabilization.
✅ We will be installing the C8x11.5 C-Channel on the north end of the retaining wall.
✅ Our team will also be loading the helical anchors in an attempt to straighten the portion of wall that has separated.

Our value engineering approach has resulted in staggering savings for the condominium. According to a Board of Directors member, the net savings were somewhere between $2-4 million when compared to other firms' demo and rebuild recommendations. It's value engineering at its finest!
