Eisen Window Co. (New Tripoli–based) is looking to add one entry-level carpenter / laborer.

Our work includes residential window and door replacement. The position would also include maintenance and renovation work for a separate real estate investment business. We value attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity.

Position details:
• 24–40 hours depending on season (winters can be slower)
• Mix of rough and finish carpentry, painting/staining/finishing, window & door prep and demo
• Combination of jobsite installs, shop work, and real estate maintenance/renovations
• Work is typically within a 45-minute radius of New Tripoli
• Comfortable working off ladders and scaffolding
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check required

✨ 1700's Stone Farmhouse Windows | Macungie, PA ✨

This 1700’s stone farmhouse needed wood windows that honored its original architecture. After reviewing several options, the homeowner chose Marvin Ultimate Wood Windows — the perfect match for this historic home.

This project wasn’t without challenges: 6 inches of snow the day before we started, temperatures in the teens, completely rotten original timber framing throughout, and a tight timeline to finish before Christmas week.

Despite it all, our crew did a phenomenal job and delivered a beautiful result.

Finished with Hazelnut interior stain, Marvin Cashmere exterior, and custom prefinished rot-resistant PVC trim to match the original architecture, these windows look right at home — just in time for Christmas 🎄

Window Upgrades in Schnecksville, PA! 🏡✨
We replaced this home's old rotted out and drafty Andersen units with new Seaway windows. Project included a large bay window with a dark bronze standing seam roof and oak interior, all new second floor double-hungs, all new pre-finished interior trim, and rot resistant exterior PVC trim.

Bonus highlight: the homeowners’ dog supervised the whole project 😂🐶 I think we found our new foreman.
