It didn't take 5 weeks, 5 months, it took 5
years!
The best thing about looking after your health & fitness, is
when you do it properly. You'll feel so good, you never
want to stop
It's never going to be easy getting yourself to the gym, it's
never going to become a habit where you just turn up!
Good things require EFFORT! They require
DETERMINATION! But this effort is always rewarded, even
if that reward isn't yet visual
The gym, fitness, proper nutrition, without sounding
dramatic π€it's changed my life. It's helped me overcome
fears, it's helped me strengthen my mindset, as well as my
body. It's made me a healthier, more confident version of
myself!
I want you all to feel this too! I want you all to be the best
versions of yourselves, feel strong, feel happy & feel
