Two Fulton Square - Tangram, Flushing, NY

1.6M square foot comprehensive mixed-use space designed by MHA. The project included Tangram Wintergarden Retail Plaza, an office tower, a new Marriott Hotel, and two luxury residential buildings with an intricate Port Cochere entrance. Swing by and watch a movie at the entertainment center, do some shopping in the retail podium, or enjoy a stay at the Marriott Renaissance where you can catch a Manhattan skyline sunset at their rooftop lounge!

Our NYC office had the opportunity to tour the Northeast Precast plant. They also visited one of our active precast sites where they learned about the batch plants, the testing process, and the formwork. These are mostly used for commercial/industrial wall panels, residential basement foundation wall panels, and double-T deck panels. This was an exciting, hands-on learning experience for our team!

Last summer, part of our staff had the exciting adventure to work abroad in Japan for a month!

Stephanie, Peter, and Harry enjoyed their time touring all that Tokyo had to offer. During the weekends, they took trips to Osaka and Kyoto and visited Siem Reap, Bangkok, and Kuala Lumpur. MHA encourages our staff to take travel opportunities to work and explore in a new culture.
