This is another project done for long time client and friend Joe, at one of his properties located at 213 Green St, Brooklyn, NY 11222. Work done consisted of power washing the entire front face of the building, complete masonry cement pointing, restoring cement around window sill, and painting building crown. This project took approximately a week and a half to complete. In the end, there was one very happy client! 🤓👷🏽

We do all types of roofing and home restoration projects! This small project was done for Tamara Saukin, MD | Staten Island Family Medicine and was completed in just 1 day!

Work completed consisted of restoring 4 sections of the roof after the client had complained of water leaking. After waterproofing the roof, we plastered and re-painted the roof of the apartment below. We also restored a gutter system that was torn down by strong winds.

End results: One Happy Customer! 🤩 🚧

First major renovation project of the season completed at 240 North Henry St. Brooklyn, NY.
Work completed consisted of restoring caulking surrounding all window frames, thorough coat painting front/back side of building, and painting all metal beans/balconies.

This project took us about a week and a half to complete. In the end, the client was very satisfied with our work and received a 25year warranty!
