Our team worked together to bring joy to 3-year-old Eliana, who battles a respiratory disorder. Living in Brooklyn, New York, Eliana's wish was for a safe backyard haven where she could enjoy the outdoors without health concerns. Due to her tracheostomy, going to the park posed risks, leading to a recent battle with RSV.

SavCon stepped in and transformed Eliana's backyard into a dream come true! With beautiful tiles, a lush turf for her playground set, and modern black planters filled with greenery, SavCon's construction expertise extends beyond buildings; it's about making dreams a reality. Eliana's story is a testament to the love and care embedded in every SavCon project.

SavCon celebrates the successful completion of its first South Florida project—the Olara Sales Gallery in West Palm Beach.

Repurposing an existing 8,000 sqft building, our work includes a meticulously crafted model unit, a cutting-edge 3D 15-foot high building model, and an Immersion room providing exterior and interior panoramic views of the building.

Excitingly, the Olara megaproject moves forward as the demolition phase is complete and site work is approved to start, paving the way for two million square feet on Flagler Drive. 🏗️

As the year races to a close, we're putting the finishing touches on several projects, including this recent triumph alongside our client, RXR. We've transformed a vast 24,000-square-foot space, spanning four prebuilts and a tenant fit-out, occupying the 28th and 29th floors of 75 Rockefeller, RXR's flagship in the heart of New York City.

Notably, SavCon accomplished this $5 million-dollar renovation union project in under 18 weeks – a testament to our dedication to excellence and our strong partnerships with industry leaders. When people say something can’t be done SavCon shows them how it can.

SavCon has achieved substantial milestones in the ongoing construction of One Forty One, particularly in the development of the Health + Wellness floors. These two floors, spanning from the 10th to the 11th, have undergone a remarkable transformation into wellness-oriented spaces. They now feature relaxation zones, libraries, and meeting areas.

Beyond the creation of serene and communal spaces, we take great pride in unveiling a cutting-edge fitness facility with breathtaking views of the Brooklyn Bridge.
