For many patients with osteosarcoma, treatment does not end with surgery and chemotherapy. The risk of recurrence remains a significant challenge, particularly when the disease spreads to the lungs.

OS Therapies is developing OST-HER2, an immunotherapy designed to stimulate an immune response targeting HER2-expressing cancer cells.

The future of antibody-drug conjugates may hinge on a component that often receives the least attention.

In a new interview with BioPharm International, OS Therapies Chairman, CEO and President Paul Romness explains why linker chemistry is emerging as a key area of innovation, with the potential to improve precision drug delivery while reducing exposure to healthy tissue. He also discusses evolving payload strategies and regulatory collaboration in rare disease oncology.
