🔥 Keeping New York Buildings Warm and Efficient This Winter 🔥

Dualcore Construction Management recently completed a boiler room upgrade at 129 2nd Avenue, in collaboration with our trade partners PH Works and United Chimney Corp.

The new Supreme D3-60-5 boiler now services three buildings with over 60 apartments, and the system successfully passed DOB inspection this week — right on time for heating season.

The project included new AO Smith hot water storage tanks, a Lochinvar water heater for summer hot water service, and a stainless steel chimney liner system installed by United Chimney Corp. We also improved the boiler room with new concrete pads, epoxy flooring, fresh paint, and upgraded lighting.

A big thank you to PH Works, United Chimney Corp, and our Construction Superintendent Aaron Moran for coordinating the work and delivering a clean, efficient result — great job all around.

📍156 2nd Avenue, NYC - Topping things off the right way. 🏗️🛠️

Here’s a bird’s-eye view of our rooftop work at 156 2nd Ave, part of our full-building renovation of 23 rental apartments. We installed new structural steel dunnage and 23 HVAC condensers—then wrapped things up with a brand new roofing system once all mechanicals were in place.
Precision, sequencing, and execution—done the Dualcore way.

Kudos to our fantastic team making this happen Steven Taranovich, James J. Sanchez, Aaron Moran & Ruben Merino!

Big Progress at 303 East 111th Street!

Check out these stunning drone shots of the recent roof pour at our vertical alteration project in East Harlem. We’ve added 5 new floors above an existing commercial garage, transforming the structure into a vibrant mixed-use commercial and residential building.

This future HQ for Donato Plumbing is a true team effort. A huge thank you to everyone involved — with special shoutouts to:

• Maspeth Welding Inc. for fabricating and installing the steel structure
• BTR, for their expert concrete work
