Looking for a skilled HVACR technician for residential and commercial service, maintenance and installation work in NYC, Queens, Westchester, and Long Island.
This is a position for ONLY an Experienced HVAC and Refrigeration Technician
Qualified Candidates:
1) Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair residential and commercial air conditioning equipment: compressor changes, motors changes, leak checks, valve changes, coil cleanings
2) Ability to work independently and as part of a work team
3) Positive attitude with good customer service skills
4) Ability to drive a commercial van in NYC and MUST have valid drivers license.
5) Strong organizational skills for completing work orders and follow up reports
6) Reliable and punctual
7) Strong work ethic and good interpersonal skills

Job responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting, maintenance and installations.
- Works and experienced with all type of HVAC systems and brands (rooftops, splits, heat pumps, mini splits, VRF, 100% fresh air units, Trane, Carrier, York, Mitsubishi, Daikin, LG, AAON, etc.
- Works and experienced with Commercial refrigeration (Walk-ins, lowboys, reach-ins, freezers, Ice machines, hoshizaki, manitowoc, scotsman, etc.)
- Must install, service, controls and all phases of work.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner and to the skill level expected of an experienced Refrigeration Technician.
- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds, carry ladders.

Whitestone Air Inc., is seeking a HVAC Service Mechanic with a minimum of 3 years experience. Job duties include seasonal service, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment for our residential and commercial clients. Hydraulic, steam, radiant and high efficiency heating/cooling knowledge required. Full Benefit Package, excellent pay. Must have refrigerant certification and valid drivers license, high school diploma or equivalent. 401K, dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays. 7:30-4:00 PM Monday-Friday schedule, on-call when required (some nights/weekends).
