🧩 Building Digital Pathways for the Future of Work

JobsFirst is partnering with the Infosys Foundation on a new multi-regional initiative to strengthen how workforce systems respond to rapidly changing digital skill demands across New York City, Northeastern Pennsylvania, and Southern Nevada.

At the center of the initiative is a train-the-trainer approach. Our collaboration will equip practitioners across education, workforce development, and community-based organizations serving young adults with the tools and knowledge to integrate Infosys Springboard Digital Academy into their programs.

“Infosys Foundation USA brings significant digital learning resources and expertise through Springboard. JobsFirst brings 20 years of workforce systems expertise, regional infrastructure, partner relationships, and a repeatable approach to moving solutions from design through implementation and scale,” said Marjorie Parker, CEO and President of JobsFirst. “Together, we can test what works across different labor markets and build an approach that can travel to other communities.”

“Access to the right skills can be a powerful catalyst for economic mobility. Through this partnership with JobsFirst, we have an opportunity to bring digital and AI learning closer to learners through the organizations and communities they already know and trust,” said Amrita Naik, Chief Partnerships & Programs Officer, Infosys Foundation USA “By connecting the learning available through Infosys Springboard with real-world workforce pathways, we hope to help more young adults build the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to thrive in the future of work.”

JobsFirst will launch a competitive Request to Participate to select 5–10 partner organizations with deep experience serving young adults across the three regions. Selected partners will receive training and support to integrate Springboard into their existing programs.
