When replacing stone tile, the challenge isn’t finding the same stone—it’s matching years of wear, traffic, and aging.
In this lobby, the client had original stock tiles from the initial installation. The problem? The replacement tile still had its factory finish, while the surrounding floor had developed a completely different tone, texture, and level of polish after years of foot traffic.
Rather than replacing more of the floor, our team custom-finished the new tile to blend seamlessly with the existing stone. Through specialized honing, polishing, and color-matching techniques, we adjusted the surface to match the surrounding tiles, creating a consistent appearance throughout the floor.
✅ Tile replacement blending
✅ Finish and sheen matching
✅ Color and tone adjustment
✅ Seamless integration with existing stone
✅ No need to replace large sections of flooring
The best restoration work is often the work you can’t see. If you can’t tell which tile was replaced, we’ve done our job.
