Donnelly Mechanical is New York City’s premier provider of innovative commercial HVAC service, maintenance and construction. With over 30 years’ experience and 200+ employees, we serve New York City’s most prominent commercial organizations across a variety of sectors including data centers, healthcare facilities, Class-A office spaces and commercial real estate management firms. In August of 2018, Donnelly Mechanical was acquired by ENGIE, a global energy and services group. The acquisition provided us access to a wide range of new resources including a much larger capital base. These resources have allowed us to offer a broader level of service beyond the typical scope of work including project funding and energy management solutions. In July of 2021, ENGIE announced the launch of a new global business line called EQUANS. EQUANS companies are leaders in mechanical and electrical construction, industrial and energy infrastructure, and building services across North America. The entities that make up EQUANS North America include a collaborative group of commercial infrastructure experts that support clients to optimize their energy use and efficiently run their facilities. and Canada, our organization offers a rare combination of wide territorial reach and proven local expertise.
