Room/Window Heat Pumps will be listed in the ConEd Clean Heat Program Manual. Unlocking three incentive categories, all capped at $1 million per project or 50% of project costs, whichever is lower:

2c - Multifamily Full Load ASHP Heating with Decommissioning
$5,000 per dwelling unit
5+ to less than 100 dwelling units
4 - Custom Space Heating Applications
$200/ MMBtu
Greater than 100 dwelling units
4a - Custom Space Heating Applications + Envelope
$225/ MMBtu
Greater than 100 dwelling units

Additionally, Gradient is now qualified for the 25C Home Improvement Tax Credit, which allows homeowners, condo owners, and co-op owners to qualify for up to a $2,000 tax credit in qualified heat pump upgrades.
