Cauldwell Wingate recently completed this 47th floor corporate office project for an international financial firm. From full demo to new infrastructure and finishes, they are ready to go to work in their new space. It was great to complete another one with our industry partners TPG Architecture and EP Engineering.

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to host an intern walkthrough at our 1500 Broadway project in the heart of Times Square. We began by discussing the project's scope, delivery method, ownership, key trade partners, and the building's history prior to construction.
Safety remained the primary focus throughout the visit, as we reviewed our site-specific safety plan, occupant protection measures, and daily safety procedures. We then gathered at the plan table to walk through the project's unique challenges, including the complex process of removing and reinstalling the façade while maintaining operations in one of the busiest locations in the world.
The group also had the chance to explore some of the building's history, visiting portions of the former Good Morning America studios, including existing audio rooms and dressing rooms. We concluded the walkthrough with a site tour, where the interns were able to see the project's progress firsthand and better understand how the details on the drawings translate to construction in the field.

Cauldwell Wingate has been contracted to perform a renovation of this Times Square icon, featuring the reshaping of the podium, façade replacements, new store front, removal of a decades old live TV studio, and structural steel installations to support the next generation of media over one of NYC’s hotspots. Follow our team for updates as we help deliver a new retail and media life to this building.

Cauldwell Wingate continues to make significant progress on the New York Presbyterian Westchester Patient Bathroom Renovation Project. To date, we have completed nearly 40 patient restrooms, and upon completion of the current phase, the project will deliver a total of 52 newly renovated bathrooms for the hospital. It has been a pleasure collaborating with the New York Presbyterian Westchester team and Batska Consulting Group to modernize these facilities and enhance the overall patient experience. These improvements support the high standards expected of a premier healthcare facility in Westchester County. We are proud of the progress made thus far and look forward to continuing our partnership with New York Presbyterian Westchester on future opportunities across the campus.

CWC held its annual intra-squad "Cauldwell vs. Wingate" softball game in Central Park, and once again spectators were treated to a competitive, hard-fought matchup. For the second consecutive year, Team Wingate came out on top, successfully defending its title. Congratulations to both teams for their outstanding sportsmanship, teamwork, and competitive spirit. With Team Wingate now building a dynasty, planning has already begun for next year's player draft as Team Cauldwell looks to reclaim the championship in 2027.

Cauldwell Wingate recently hosted an interactive Construction Project Scheduling course for our professionals, focused on the effective development, management, and maintenance of project schedules using Microsoft Project.
Through this training, our personnel gained valuable insight into construction industry best practices, including the creation of proper Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), defining construction activities, establishing logical relationships between tasks, assigning resources, tracking progress, and analyzing critical path schedules.
The course also covered baseline management, schedule updates, delay analysis and recovery strategies, as well as project reporting, with a strong emphasis on real-world commercial and residential high-rise construction projects.

They also heard from former intern Isabella Rizzo, now our Office Manager, who reflected on her journey from intern to full-time team member and shared advice and encouragement for the road ahead.
