Our experts will perform an audit of your facility to determine the locations fit for occupancy sensors. Then, we provide and install the equipment at the set locations at NO COST. We are paid once the Con Edison rebate check is delivered to you. WHAT I
S AN OCCUPANCY SENSOR
It is the most cost effective building management system for lighting controls. The installation is simple and can be retrofitted to an existing system with little or no disruption to the end user. The occupancy sensors detect thermal motion to automatically turn on lights when the room is occupied and turn them off when the room is vacant. WHERE AND WHY SHOULD I USE AN OCCUPANCY SENSOR
