I am so proud of these two young ladies Shanaè Ashley and Sabrina Ward. I met both of them in November 2020, shortly after my father passed away. When I met them they were both 13 years old and in 8th grade high school.

These young ladies would come to visit me at my father's house regularly during COVID lock down. They were welcomed to either use the internet to complete class assignments, or to unwind and hang out.

Without knowing it, they were a part of a group of children, within proximity, who helped me be resilient while enduring physical pain, mental trauma, and emotional anguish. I was able to put their needs first whilst grieving and dealing with a series of loss

I am so proud to see them striving in their respective fields!

Shanaè has been officially called up by the Senior Reggae Girlz Squad to qualify for the World Cup. She was discovered playing football ⚽️ with the boys on a field near her home.

Sabrina, who was once struggling, now has 10 A's, 2 B's, and was recently accepted in law school. 😊
