expediting and variance work. The firm was founded in January of 1994 and to date has established a sizeable client base ranging from large corporate clientele to the individual homeowner. The building types and spaces produced by our firm cover the full architectural spectrum: manufacturing & industrial, office & retail , mixed-use & large-scale residential, custom homes, alterations and affordab

le housing. We are currently involved in several large scale developments which encompass the design development of major luxury housing as well as "Big Box" retail store design. We have also produced affordable housing as well as gut-rehabilitation of apartment houses in the South Bronx. Our production capabilities are enhanced by computer generated drafting which utilizes CAD software and by which we can produce state of the art drawings & communicate with our structural and mechanical consultants via computer.
