KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, Fla. — Space Shuttle Atlantis is in place in its new home — suspended as if in flight — but crews still are working intensely in the visitor complex here so the shuttle exhibit will be ready for its opening day.

Hope everyone is safe after Sandy, can't wait to get back to work though. Power is still out to lower Manhattan, which includes the area we're based in, but some service will be restored to the trains and busses starting tomorrow.
