First test with Mia and her family in Long Island. and tested the design by 3D printed on an Ender 3.
There were a few adjustments required, Jed is measuring the dimensions and Amin is taking notes in this picture, and is playing around with the 3d print!
Mia’s dad suggested a few changes that improves the grip. His opinion and feedback as a professional archer was extremely helpful.
Soon we will publish the design for free download on our new website.

The 3D print of first revision of ’s design for Mia!
This is a 3D print with PLA material with foam padding and velcro wraps. As part of Brett’s design, this piece holds Mia’s arm and straps to the archery bow to allow Mia to hold it in the right place.
We will soon post videos of Mia testing this.

Brett Armstrong has put together a design that not only it's easy to make but requires only velcro wraps to secure the bow to the forearm. The simplicity of the design and functionality makes it a great choice for Mia to practice archery.

What's next?
Blue Heart Hero will 3D print, modify and improve the design with the help of Brett, deliver the printed piece to Mia and have her try it with her family.

We will post about the final design with Mia trying it.
