We expanded and transformed this waterfront cottage into a three-bedroom home, adding a primary suite with separate his-and-her baths, a guest suite, an office, and a glazed sitting room, all oriented to capture expansive cove views. Two angled wings extend toward the water, connected by covered porches, leading to a bluestone terraced courtyard. A curved retaining wall extends the lawn, providing additional seating and outdoor enjoyment. The home is served by a central geothermal system and designed to connect its substantial additions with the surrounding outdoor spaces.
