Main Street Hub: 11,000 SF buildout completed in 6 weeks including demolition, three new restrooms, four supplemental HVAC systems and all finishes. Just waiting for the tenant-provided furniture. Thank you to the subcontractors and employees that stuck around to see it to completion.

The past week has seen tremendous progress. The glass walls were installed, the millwork cabinetry has been installed. Carpeting has been installed and furniture systems are almost completed. Big changes from last week!

We are about to enter the finish phase soon. The carpet tiles have been delivered and the vinyl floor will be installed soon. Metal frames for glass partitions are also in place.

Week 7 of 10 finds the sight looking rather dull: most of the infrastructure is in place and concealed by unfinished sheet rock walls. From this week's blank slate will emerge, over the next three weeks, the architect's design and palette.

Week 6 of 10 and just about everything is going smoothly. The landlord doesn't want to allow wet-tapping of the HVAC piping riser and the project meeting gets interesting. After the meeting there are a lot of smaller coordination and approval meetings. Work in the field progresses nicely.

We are at the midpoint of the project schedule. Week 5 of 10 sees most of the infrastructure nearing completion. We are waiting for inspections on Electrical Roughing, Plumbing Roughing and Framing so that we can begin closing walls.
