Berkelyn Cognitive CubeSat Constellations for Space Activities Data Services Berkelyn closes the knowledge gap of activity beyond Mars’ orbit.

Current satellites are limited to a focus on Earth or near-Earth orbit. Our solution is a CubeSat constellation, 'alphaBeaconics', where orbits extend beyond cislunar — for monitoring activity (where other satellites cannot) — interoperability also planned for Lunar Economy-based networks. alphaBeaconics will enable a range of new apps for commercial, US defense, and scientific actors. Data is sha

red through a platform, which organizes the CubeSat's sensor suite's collective intelligence (about deep space weather, time dilation-corrective solutions for in-space services & logistics, small-body geophysical properties, anomalies, and more. Our industry partners include: the New York Space Alliance (and their affiliated NASA programming); Precious Payload; and Space Impulse.

The Nebraska Virtual Space Law Week (hosted by the University of Nebraska College of Law) is happening right now. Within the past day, we have heard from top experts during two particular sessions: 'Spectrum Issues Before FCC and ITU'; and 'The Space Court Foundation Presents Exploring Space Law Education: Leveraging Archives and Collections in Research'.

Tomorrow is the last day—with a couple of great panels to close out the week... namely, 'Military Space Operations Panel: Danger of Cross-Domain Analogies (Maritime, Land, Air)'.
