The Nebraska Virtual Space Law Week (hosted by the University of Nebraska College of Law) is happening right now. Within the past day, we have heard from top experts during two particular sessions: 'Spectrum Issues Before FCC and ITU'; and 'The Space Court Foundation Presents Exploring Space Law Education: Leveraging Archives and Collections in Research'.

Tomorrow is the last day—with a couple of great panels to close out the week... namely, 'Military Space Operations Panel: Danger of Cross-Domain Analogies (Maritime, Land, Air)'.

Berkelyn welcomes its newest partner and ally: Mr. Eric Ward, as 'Engineering and Software Architecture, Advisor'. Eric is the Co-Founder and CEO at Aten Engineering, Inc (http://atenengineering.com) and Odyne Space. In the recent past, Eric earned his master's degree at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Systems Design and Management, published multiple technical papers on systems architecture (https://lnkd.in/eVKZ4yJ), was featured in an article by Fast Company (https://lnkd.in/ezfQRgi), and guest-podcasted in a thought-provoking episode on The Disruptors (https://lnkd.in/ewEqM4T).
