The sun is shining on the domes of the newly completed St. George & St. Shenouda Coptic Orthodox Church

Promethean Builders provided general contracting services for a new 70,000 GSF church and multipurpose facility. The project features an all-steel frame structure, high-end interior finishes, and a complex exterior envelope utilizing numerous distinct materials.

The main campus features an elevator-equipped, three-story worship facility with a social hall located directly below the two-story main service area.

Alongside the main hall, a second four-story structure houses Sunday school classrooms, youth group meeting rooms, administrative office space, and a chapel. A third multipurpose facility includes a theater and a spacious, amply illuminated gymnasium designed for youth basketball.

Ribbon Cutting - Linden Grove at 223 Linden Street in Bushwick. An important milestone for a project Promethean Builders delivered as General Contractor.

The project is a 13-story, ~100,000 SF development delivering 153 fully affordable senior units, including supportive housing. More than just the numbers, it’s a meaningful addition to the community and a strong example of housing designed to support aging in place.

It was delivered using modular construction, which helped drive schedule, improve quality, and reduce neighborhood impact; all while achieving Passive House and LEED Platinum standards.

Strong team effort across the board.

Promethean Builders Interiors team has officially kicked off construction on a new prep school in Tribeca. Framing is already underway, with electrical rough-in progressing closely behind.

Overhead MEP installation is scheduled to begin as early as next week. Strong momentum out of the gate as the team continues driving the project forward.

Congratulations Roundabout Theatre Company on the reopening of the Todd Haimes Theatre! Promethean Builders was proud to serve as the construction manager on the extensive six month renovation and reopening — preserving its historic character while delivering essential upgrades for today’s audiences and performers.

Governor Hochul announced that the $24 million project reflects nearly $3 million in New York State investment in arts, accessibility and cultural tourism. The first major renovation in nearly 30 years enhances accessibility and modernizes the historic broadway venue.

Congratulations to all partners involved in bringing this iconic venue back to life.

Todd Haimes Theatre held its first performance in eight months following the official ribbon cutting - a preview of Noël Coward’s “Fallen Angels,” starring Rose Byrne and Kelli O'Hara, which runs through June 7th.

When fully built out across three phases, The District in Davie will feature five residential towers ranging from 21 to 24 stories, approximately 1,292 rental residences, 36,000 square feet of restaurants and retail, and 2,650 parking spaces — all part of a $1 billion, 2.8 million-square-foot mixed-use community transforming one of Broward County’s most prominent intersections.

Promethean Builders joined developer El-Ad National Properties, local officials, and project partners to celebrate the topping out of Phase One at The District in Davie — placing the final structural beam on Davie’s largest multifamily development.
