In a challenging time when the world around you looks insane, developing inner strength is more complex than ever but also more critical than ever. We must still wake up to manage our company and care for the family. We still need to take care of the workers our friends.
Practice self-compassion; it’s okay to be sad and not to be fully productive if you succeed in doing something better than yesterday you progressed. Build a support system, be around friends and people who will lift or be there for you( we must appreciate it). As hard as it is now, I believe it will be OK in the end. Being vulnerable and emotionally honest is not a sign of weakness but a display of great strength and courage.
