Happy Historic Preservation Month! 🏠
Located in the heart of SoHo’s historic cast-iron district, 458 Broadway is part of one of New York City’s most architecturally significant neighborhoods. SoHo is internationally recognized for its concentration of 19th-century cast-iron buildings, originally developed during the city’s commercial expansion and now preserved as an iconic landmark district.
Our facade restoration work at 458 Broadway focused on preserving the building’s historic architectural character while ensuring the exterior remains structurally sound for future generations. Protecting these historic facades helps preserve the craftsmanship and history that continue to define New York City’s streetscape.
