The Oculus is celebrating 10 years as a transportation hub, retail destination, and gathering place at the World Trade Center. Since opening in 2016, the landmark has connected commuters and visitors to subway and PATH service, shopping, dining, events, and the surrounding World Trade Center campus.

SIE served as the Prime Consultant for the World Trade Center Retail Redevelopment Program. The team provided construction management, field review and inspections, punch-list oversight, wayfinding signage coordination, and support for retail tenant fit-outs throughout the campus.
