WE'RE HIRING AN OFFICE MANAGER!
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time (flexible)
Compensation: $40,000 – $56,000/year depending on experience, and full or part-time status
Benefits:

• Weekly pay schedule every Friday.
What We Need
• We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Manager to keep our shop running smoothly behind the scenes. Training will be provided by current Office Manager prior to her retirement.
What You'll Do
• Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative workflows
• Handle bookkeeping and financial record-keeping using QuickBooks
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and accounts payable/receivable
• Support payroll processing and coordinate with outside accountants as needed
• Maintain vendor and customer records
• Order office and shop supplies as needed
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage correspondence
• Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding paperwork and maintaining employee files
• Coordinate scheduling and support shop floor management as needed
• Ensure compliance with basic recordkeeping and filing requirements
What We're Looking For
• Required: Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on shop environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior office management or administrative experience preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing, machine shop, or industrial setting a plus
