Project: FRANTA HALL - GOLDEY BEACOM COLLEGE
Location: Wilmington, DE

William A. Franta Residence Hall is the flagship of the Goldey Beacom’s latest campus enhancement project and the first residential development since 1983. The five-story, 49,000 SF, building includes single and double dormitory-style rooms featuring study rooms and lounges on each floor.

Franta Hall provides a 1st floor kitchen, laundry and security headquarters. The building was designed for future expansion options while utilizing a precast plank with girder slab framing system.

The Trespa TS-210 Concealed Fastener Wall Panel System was selected as the main exterior cladding component in 5 of Trespa’s Meteon offerings: Silver Quartzite, Chalkstone, Mahogany Red, Weathered Basalt and Slate Wood. These colors are a perfect balance to the brick element.

River Supply’s production team fabricated our WS-100 MCM Panel System using Reynobond material in finishes Castle Grey & Clear Anodized to complete the showpiece of Goldey Beacom College.
