Dirt hauling day

Recently took a trip to NYC while walking I spotted this crew working on the corner among the humanity of Time Square swarming about. If you look inside the barriers and just behind them stacked, they are bagging up the dirt to either remove or put back when job is completed. Talk about working in a confined space!
