Our fleet is growing, and we need experienced dump truck drivers for full or part-time roles (32-50 hrs/week, weather permitting) with local routes based in Newark, OH. Be home every night!

Requirements:
- Manual transmission experience & endorsement
- Valid CDL A or B license
- Safe driving record & reliable transportation
- Daily vehicle inspections
- Pass drug test, background check, & DOT physical

Pay: $24–$30/hr, weekly W2
Vacation and sick pay

Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Safely transport and unload materials
- Basic truck maintenance
- Follow safety and traffic laws
- Communicate with dispatch and supervisors
- Keep accurate DOT logs

EXCITING OPPORTUNITY: We have expanded our fleet! Immediate Hire for Dump Truck Drivers!

We’re expanding our team and hiring experienced Dump Truck Drivers for full and part-time positions (32-50 hours per week, with weekly hours subject to change based on weather conditions). Enjoy consistent local routes and the benefit of being home every night! Trucks are located in Newark, OH. We’d love to have you on board.

POSITION DETAILS:

- Trucks have manual transmissions: Applicants should have prior experience in manual transmissions and carry the endorsement on their license.

- This is a W2 Position: Pay is between $24 - $30 an hour, depending on experience. Pay schedule: weekly.

- Valid CDL A or B License: Applicants must hold a current Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) appropriate for operating dump trucks. This ensures you are qualified to safely and legally operate our fleet vehicles.

- Safe and Reliable Driving: Applicants must have a proven history of responsible driving, showcasing compliance with traffic laws and a commitment to road safety. Additionally, reliable transportation is required to ensure punctuality and dependability.

- Dependable Transportation of Materials: Drivers must consistently transport construction materials to and from job sites safely and reliably. This includes managing the dump truck bed operations with precision to ensure the proper handling of materials.

- Daily Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspections: You will be required to conduct thorough inspections of your assigned vehicle before and after each shift. This includes checking for any mechanical issues, ensuring operational safety, and maintaining compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

Physical & Screening:
- Applicants must successfully pass an initial and random drug test to maintain safety standards.
- A comprehensive background check will be conducted to verify work eligibility and suitability for the position.
- A DOT physical examination is required to confirm that applicants meet the health and fitness standards necessary for commercial driving.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Safely operate the dump truck bed to transport and unload materials efficiently at job sites.

- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of the truck to ensure it remains in good working condition.

- Report any mechanical issues or damage to the vehicle promptly to the direct supervisor.

- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols while on the road and job sites.

- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and site supervisors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

- Keep accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and truck maintenance in accordance with DOT regulations.
