One of our technicians was recently called out to look at what was supposed to be a “new install” after the original company never came back to finish the job. Unfortunately, there were so many things wrong with this system from airflow to even the sizing and clearly the workmanship, so it will need to be resized and installed properly right from the start.

A couple of weeks ago we had the honor of visiting with Veteran Richard Petrus and his family, the recipient of our annual Veteran Furnace Giveaway.

Our team stopped by to check in on the furnace installation, but the most meaningful part of the visit was hearing a bit about Richard’s story and his time serving our country. Moments like that remind us why this giveaway is so important to us each year.
