At A.R.E. Manufacturing, we believe supporting our community means more than making quality parts - it means investing in the traditions that bring people together.

One of our favorite projects each year is creating our parade float for the Newberg Old Fashioned Festival.

This year we were honored to receive First Place Commercial Float! The recognition made all the hard work worthwhile and inspires us to keep improving. We already have ideas for making our marble run even bigger and better next year. (Pneumatic billiard ball runs, anyone?)

Today, we celebrate an incredible milestone as we wish Richard Cook a happy retirement after 28 years at A.R.E. Manufacturing!

From working in multiple departments to building lasting relationships with our customers, he's been an important part of our team for nearly three decades. Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and everything you've done for A.R.E.

📣 The final tally is in... 14,470 diapers! 🎉

What an incredible accomplishment! Thanks to the generosity of our employees, customers, vendors, friends, and community, we collected 14,470 diapers to help local families in need.

Congratulations to Life is Maid for winning this year's friendly competition with an amazing 624 diapers per employee! What an impressive effort!

While Life is Maid earned the trophy, A.R.E. Manufacturing collected the most diapers overall thanks to your incredible support.

Thank you to everyone who donated, shared our mission, and helped make this year's drive our biggest success yet. Every diaper donated will make a meaningful difference for families in our community.
