We are eager to meet the needs of our customers as soon as possible but we are still without power. Thank you for your patience.

Without power we are unable to load fuel to deliver. We will resume as soon as possible.

We have conducted an initial assessment of our service area. Certain portions of our system have experienced significant damage. Some customers may experience prolonged outages of up to several days if the distribution lines serving them are severely damaged.

We have requested mutual aid assistance and additional crews should be coming to assist us soon. Since many utilities in our area are experiencing the same level of damage, crews offering assistance may be coming from several hours away and it will take them some time to travel here.

Once the transmission lines serving our substations are restored, we will begin energizing the portions of our system that we can. We do not have any estimated restoration times right now. We appreciate everyone’s patience.
