I know I have a few friends on here that have their own businesses and LLCs. If you have an LLC there is a new requirement as of 1/1/24 for the state for a one time filing of Benificial Ownership Information (BOI). Below is the link to file.
Heafty daily fees will incur after 1/1/25 if not done before then!!!
