The Advanced Clean Truck (ACT) Rule is putting our industry—and the entire economy—at risk. We fully support efforts to reduce emissions, but the reality is that the necessary infrastructure is simply not there yet.

🚛 What’s the Problem?
🔴 Massachusetts and New England lack the charging infrastructure for medium- and heavy-duty electric trucks.
🔴 Dealers don’t have vehicles suited for our work.
🔴 The electrical grid cannot support the widespread charging needed at this time.
🔴 Businesses, contractors, and suppliers across the region will be impacted—leading to higher costs, project delays, and job losses.

✅ A seat at the table for industry stakeholders to help craft regulations that make sense for everyone.
✅ A delay in the rule until infrastructure, technology, and funding catch up.
