A raspberry bourbon marg-ish situation 🍋❤️ And possibly the easiest cocktail we’ve made all summer.

1½ oz shot bourbon
4½ oz shots Royal Rose Real Sour Mix
A handful of fresh raspberries

Muddle the raspberries, add bourbon + Sour Mix, shake with ice and pour. Garnish with more raspberries and lemon because obviously.

Raspberry season in a glass 🍓☀️

A little Raspberry Simple Syrup can take a summer cocktail somewhere very, very good.

We mixed ours with Split Rock Barrel Rested Gin, Aperol, fresh lemon, bitters, and sparkling water, then loaded it up with fresh raspberries because obviously.

Sweet, citrusy, bubbly, and just bitter enough. This one was made for sipping outside.

Save this one for your next sunny afternoon 🍓🍋

Raspberry Aperol Gin Fizz

1½ oz gin
¾ oz Aperol
½ oz Royal Rose Raspberry Simple Syrup
½ oz fresh lemon juice
1 dash bitters
Sparkling water to top

Shake everything except the sparkling water with ice. Pour over fresh ice, add your bubbles, and pile on the raspberries.

Proof that a little Raspberry Simple Syrup can make a very good summer afternoon even better. ☀️
