was established in 1973 as a manufacturers’ representative organization, selling commercial HVAC products in Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. In 1978, in order to increase the level of service for our customers, a service and parts division was added. Today, with over 20 full time employees, Swan Associates provides outstanding design solutions and complete support to consulting engineers

, building owners and mechanical contractors. Swan Associates has grown to become one of the largest independent representatives of Commercial HVAC for Connecticut and Western Massachusetts.

One of our inside sales team members, Luke, recently attended the Air Terminal Systems & Applied Air Handler Training (ATS & AAH), diving into applications for Vision & PreciseLine Air Handlers, water source heat pumps, unit ventilators, and fan coils.

From touring the factory to seeing Vision units come to life, it was a great opportunity to learn beyond the office. Connecting with reps from across the country also brought valuable new perspectives from different climates and markets—something we’re always striving for here at Swan Associates.
