Trust isn’t something I hand out — it’s something you earn. When you hand out your livelihood to succeed then at that moment trust is earned.

So 2025 started slow but turned into one of our best years yet!

2026 is starting strong with lots of work for the next year to come.

We would like to thank our clients for making this possible.

We are specialists in a niche that most don't understand. So when systems are down, we are here to get things back online preventing costly down time...

We had a slow year and nothing big to post but we do have some big projects still in the works for 2025-2026!

Looking for the person that is the right fit for the type of work we do.

Needs to be self motivated, willing to learn the job at a fast pace, have troubleshooting ability, controls experience, medium voltage experience, must have Microsoft office experience, good verbal and written communication skills, and has the understanding of customer first. Some estimating experience is helpful.

Needs to be able to keep licensing in several states to include WA, ID, MT, OR, AK, AR, TX, TN and MO.

Must have a strong work ethic and safety ability for working in harsh and austere environments.

Must be willing to travel and work long hours at times. Must be able to pass a security background check and obtain a passport.

We are a union shop expanding operations. Benefits package included.

We haven't posted in a while, but wanted to inform you we have new projects for the year. This will provide lots of new changes and growth!

One of the biggest changes is bringing on our training section.

Bringing on the education and training group will help with maintaining the team mission of reaching your goals.

As a company, We have seen the importance of a well educated and trained group in order to be successful team.

Some of the classes we offer:

First aid and AED/when 911 isn't available.

MSHA 5000-23 surface/Underground

OSHA 10 AND 30

Confined Space Rescue and Awareness

High angle rescue and fall protection

Leadership as a follower

If you are looking for a specific program. Feel free to reach out.

We also have the ability to help with site specific safety plans and training, to meet compliance for what ever environment you work in. We cover from the common office, to the most austere environment. We have a team for that.

Conifer Electric INC is now a general contractor (CONIFEI776NH) so we can provide turnkey jobs. This will allow us to better serve our clients.

Private utility campuses up to 34.5 distribution.

Fire wise mitigation.

Along with small general contracting projects.
