Mystery water coming into an electrical room. It took a bit to figure out and brought me outside to the street. Apparently where the fiber optic lines were pulled into the building, the PVC pipe cap at the street was not installed correctly and dissolved far too quickly. Proper capping solved the problem.

What do you do when you have a huge pile of reclaimed wood and materials? Build a 200 sq ft lean-to shed, of course.
This was completed at our previous residence in CT just before we sold our house to a painter. This became his studio.
