Our client was tired of their outdated builder grade bathroom, and we fixed that. Getting rid of the inserts and un-used tub we made way for this high end full tiled shower with 2’x4’ wall panels and barn door style sliding glass, and refinished the old shower space for linen storage.

This ground up bathroom “remodel” took us to an unused and wasted space (storage) of an addition connected to the laundry room on the back of this 1950 Hamilton house. We delivered a sleek and exceptional, contemporary take on a new bathroom addition, but made sure to pair with the the original flooring and old style of the house. We even used some of the ancient wood we found in the wall to make a new threshold for the pocket door.

Happy 4th! Adding bridge support to this very old framing addition for a new remodel project. There was only 3 of these 2 x 6 joist over a 7’ span. Some of the seams were not supported by footings causing sag and splitting. No good.
