We’re in the beautiful city of Laguna Beach. The customer signed the contract today, and since rain is expected tonight, we immediately installed a full emergency tarp to prevent any damage and protect the entire home.

Starting the week off right with a new project in Laguna Niguel (92677) an area where tile roofs are common and tend to take a beating over time. This homeowner was having issues with the underlayment, and we found anywhere from 80 to 130 broken tiles during inspection.

We’re replacing the entire underlayment with a brand new synthetic system that comes with a 50year warranty, and we’ve ordered two full pallets of matching tile to replace all the broken pieces. Permits are being pulled through the city, and as always, we make sure it’s done right the first time no shortcuts, no excuses.
