Meet Azusa Ave. One property. Three planned homes.

At this Azusa project, renovations are underway, with cabinetry and flooring in place and finishing work still ahead.

Our proposed plan brings together the existing main home, a new accessory dwelling unit (ADU), and an attached junior accessory dwelling unit (JADU). The goal create more housing on an existing residential property, with a long term hold in mind.

At Santa Lucia, the finishing touches give each space its character. Brass toned hardware adds warmth against the wood grain. Glossy vertical tile catches the light. The curved range surround softens the kitchen’s clean lines, while dark pendant lights bring contrast overhead.

Together, these details create a balance of texture, warmth, and shape that becomes more noticeable the closer you look.

Every single project goes through dozens upon dozens of revisions before we finalize the floor plan and send it to the architect. Fortunately, we have our founder, Gaetano, who can hand-sketch our ideas in real time as we refine the vision (swipe to see one of his sketches).

We just completed 329 Calle Pescador in San Clemente, and my favorite detail might just be the laundry room. In a 2,158 SF home, carving out space for a true laundry room is no easy task, but thoughtful layout decisions—like turning the passthrough from the garage to the great room into a functional laundry space—make a home live so much larger than its square footage.

My other favorite feature is this massive 12' island! Perfect space for entertaining.
