We’re in the early stages of designing our next Dana Point project and would love your input. What would you like to see us do with it?

The home features three bedrooms upstairs, a grand entryway (we’re definitely adding a Dutch door), and no HOA. It’s just one mile from Dana Point Harbor and , with easy access to the protected beach trail. Hop on a bike and you’re only two miles from River Street Marketplace and the charming shops and restaurants of downtown San Juan Capistrano.

Every single project goes through dozens upon dozens of revisions before we finalize the floor plan and send it to the architect. Fortunately, we have our founder, Gaetano, who can hand-sketch our ideas in real time as we refine the vision (swipe to see one of his sketches).

We just completed 329 Calle Pescador in San Clemente, and my favorite detail might just be the laundry room. In a 2,158 SF home, carving out space for a true laundry room is no easy task, but thoughtful layout decisions—like turning the passthrough from the garage to the great room into a functional laundry space—make a home live so much larger than its square footage.

My other favorite feature is this massive 12' island! Perfect space for entertaining.
