This 32,000 sf formal estate, situated on a 1.25 acre promontory lot in Newport Coast with a 100’ long infinity edge lap pool and an unobstructed 270-degree view of the Pacific Ocean, was completed in 2021. The design was inspired by 18th century Northern Italian palazzos. Contemporary accoutrements include a 40’ interior pool, 2 elevators, a 1,000 sf interior atrium with a pyramidal skylight, 16-seat theater, and an 18-car garage. The interiors were created by the famed designer, Michele Bonan of Florence, Italy.

This 6,000sf rustic Tuscan farmhouse in Covenant Hills, Ladera Ranch, is a throwback to 2007, one of Homer Oatman’s earlier designs. Though trends in residential design come and go, the authentic detailing of this inviting home, so reminiscent of a traditional home in Tuscany, has stood the test of time.

Resembling a home that may have been built in Northern Italy, this 9,500 sf residence has a formal facade that is both understated and elegant. The stone detailing of the eaves, balconies, columns, door and window surrounds emphasize the formality of the architecture.
