In building the award-winning West Valley Logistics, a 269,780-sq-ft LEED-certified warehouse in Southern California's San Gabriel Valley, CapRock partnered with consultant GSI Environmental Inc. to precisely map and remove contamination using geostatistics, saving millions in remediation costs and making the project viable.

The result: a modern Class A distribution facility that proved sustainable industrial development is also smart business that was acquired immediately upon completion by a major alternative fashion company for its new headquarters.
