Our very own, Bob O'Neill (Executive Vice President), recently served as a judge for the Capstone Project presented by students in the Master of Science in Real Estate program, housed within the Alexander E. Hayden School of Real Estate at the Chapman University Argyros College of Business & Economics.

As the culmination of the immersive graduate program, student teams developed and defended “highest and best use” proposals for a specific Orange County site before a panel of industry professionals, and peers.

We’re proud to support the next generation of real estate leaders and congratulate all the students on their thoughtful presentations, hard work, and accomplishments.

Recently, members of our team traveled to Costa Rica with Free Wheelchair Mission to assemble and deliver wheelchairs to people who need them most.

Working side by side with Free Wheelchair Mission, The Do It Foundation, and the local community on the ground, our team saw firsthand what mobility really means. For so many of the people we met, a wheelchair isn't just transportation; it's confidence, independence, and dignity. Each chair is even fitted with rugged outdoor tires so recipients can navigate their own terrain with freedom.

One of our core values is being blessed to be a blessing, and this journey embodied exactly that. We're honored to have played a small part in these lives and we're already looking forward to the next trip.
