IBAgreen IBAgreen is a technology that is in high demand worldwide. Unfortunately this isn’t the end of the story. California is not alone in this practice.

IBAgreen, LLC, with its patented technology, is revolutionizing the way highly toxic waste is dealt with by converting it into recycled, viable, and cost effective construction aggregate products. IBAgreen’s technology allows for the elimination of this toxic waste by creating safe products that meet or exceed industry performance specifications and exceed environmental standards. Progress of tech

nology today has evolved from just burying your household trash and commercial waste in a landfill, to incinerating it and using the steam from the incinerator to create electricity for our homes and businesses. Though this process helps meet the demand for electricity and reduces the volume of the landfills by up to 50%, it creates an even bigger problem, IBA. IBA is the acronym for Incinerated Bottom Ash, the highly toxic by-product produced when multiple compounds are mixed and then subjected to high temperatures, as is the case in the process of incineration. This material is so toxic that California, although one of the largest producers of IBA in the USA, will not allow IBA to be dumped into its own landfills and transports it to neighboring states, a very expensive process. The states that can afford to, transport the toxic IBA material out of state at great expense. These states are also subject to additional risk. The risks associated with transporting this highly toxic IBA over long distances. These risks are increasing with every truckload on our roads and highways. The IBA problem is growing and fewer and fewer states are willing to build new landfills to absorb all the toxic material the US population is creating. Realistically, more landfills really are not the answer either, as evidenced by the recent disaster in Virginia. The reality is that there is no safe landfill or distance to safely store IBA. IBAgreen believes that its patented processes offer the best solution. The process is a cost effective method for stabilizing the chemical structure and altering the physical qualities of IBA and therefore creating practical applications for IBA products. This proprietary process enables IBAgreen to up-cycle IBA into commercially viable construction aggregate products that meet or exceed industry performance specifications and exceed environmental standards, including the latest US EPA 1311 TCLP extractable metals content testing. IBAgreen’s reclamation and recycling technology can convert the millions of tons of IBA impounded in landfills that currently are leaching toxins into our ecosystem, the finished result is a green construction product that is structurally competitive, cost effective, and highly marketable. The IBAgreen Team has been creating commercial aggregates that safely integrate ash for over 20 years, and the company has proven technologies that complete the recycling process. IBAgreen production facilities require a relatively small footprint and are designed to safely stabilize the ash at the source, eliminating the need for costly and dangerous transport of the toxic material. Locating IBAgreen facilities in urban areas means that the Company’s manufacturing facility for recycled IBA products can be implemented closer to potential clients, further reducing delivery times and transportation costs. IBAgreen has engineered gradations that enhance the mechanical properties of its IBA aggregate blend. These proprietary blends may then be used for engineered products with predetermined structural properties to meet any code requirements, similar to the way recycled wood chips and sawdust are now incorporated into engineered structural wood products.

If the global population reaches 8 billion by 2025 as the UN predicts, safe and efficient trash disposal will be crucial to our ecosystem's health: http://goo.gl/I5SFV

The potential complications of excess waste and improper waste management procedure continues to grow by the day. The rising population, now at 7 billion, coupled with the intense increase in the amount of trash produced globally, poses serious risks in terms of the availability of clean water and h...

Employing its patented proprietary process, IBA is able to manufacture commercially viable construction products: http://goo.gl/UpJu5

Each year, the U.S. alone produces roughly 245 million tons of garbage, or approximately 4.5 pounds per person per day. This staggering statistic begs the question of where it all goes, and with the global population reaching 7 billion, where it will go in the future is another concern of mounting i...

IBAgreen’s recycling technology converts Incinerated Bottom Ash from landfills into usable, non-toxic products that surpass both industry and environmental standards: http://goo.gl/TucEJ

As of today there are an estimated 7 billion people living on planet earth. Accompanying this milestone is widespread concern surrounding the availability of clean water, food and resources. The U.N. estimates that by 2025 we’ll reach 8 billion worldwide and that by 2083, the earth will have 10 bi...
